My monthly nutrition report for November 2006 was. My Albumin is 4.2 my goal is 4.0 or higher. My protein is very good. HCT CALC (HGBX3) is 29.7 my goal is 33% or higher, my red blood cell count is low. Calcium Corrected is 8.4 my goal is 8.4 to 10.2 my calcium is good. Phosphorus is 5.6 my goal is 3.0 to 5.5 my phosphorus is high. PTH-BIO-INTACT is 476 my goal is 75 to 150 my PTH (parathyroid hormone) is high. Potassium is 5.1 my goal is 3.5 to 5.5 my potassium is good. KT/V UKM is 1.04 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is low. Bo tries to convince Abe and Roman that he didn't touch Patrick, but he's put in jail to await arraignment. Abe tells Bo that he's no longer suspended, he's fired. Shawn gives Hope a note from Bo, but she says she can't stand by Bo anymore. Bo is taken to jail. Roman tells Hope that if she still loves Bo, she'll try to get Patrick to drop the charges. John runs into EJ and insinuates that he's behind Patrick's assault. Bonnie steals the money EJ gave Patrick, and promises him she'll find the thief who stole from him. Sami and Lucas are about to make love when Sami pulls back, saying they should wait until the moment is right. Sami runs into EJ, who apologizes to her for his behavior the other day. EJ gives Sami a story, trying to explain his actions, and she accepts EJ's apology. Sami says she doesn't want a relationship with him, and EJ tries to manipulate her into changing her mind as Lucas returns. Lucas tells EJ to stay away from Sami. Abby finds Max making calls about Philip for Mimi, and thinks Mimi has the hots for Max and vice versa. Abby inadvertently reveals her own feelings for Max, and then quickly denies. Max finds a lead about Philip being in a VA hospital in Atlanta. Mimi wants to go there right away, but Max doesn't know how they can get money for the trip. Mimi, thinking of Patrick, says she knows where they can find some cash.

Patrick calls EJ when he can't get a hold of Shawn. EJ heads to Shawn's, who reveals that Patrick hasn't paid him. EJ gives Shawn the money. Bo warns Patrick to stay away from Hope. EJ beats up Patrick for putting them both in danger of being discovered. Hope finds Patrick, who claims Bo assaulted him. Hope stays with Patrick at the hospital while Bo is arrested. Billie apologizes to Hope for the picture Chelsea sent, and tries to assure her that nothing happened between her and Bo. Hope doesn't believe Billie or Bo. Willow encourages Shawn to go for what he wants, and Shawn goes out and buys a new convertible. Shawn takes Willow out for a fancy dinner, but their evening is spoiled when Abby tells Shawn that Bo has been arrested. Billie asks Kate for advice about Chelsea. Chelsea is thrilled when Nick offers her his extra computer. Abby blasts Chelsea for using Nick. Abby tries to tell Nick not to trust Chelsea, but he ignores her. Kate advises Chelsea vent her feelings on her own Internet blog. Chelsea decides to follow Kate's advice, railing against her parents on-line, unaware she has an audience in Nick. EJ comes back from beating Patrick and begins to seduce Kate.

Fox and Julian watch as Kay cries to Simone about Miguel's betrayal. Fox wants to confess the truth to Kay but Julian tells him to keep his eyes on the prize. Simone tells Kay to confront Miguel and Charity. Theresa tells Whitney about her meeting with Jared on the wharf. Chad wonders how the fortuneteller knew he was cheating on Whitney. Jared warns Chad to stop cheating before he loses the love of his life. J.T. fires bullets blindly at a figure outside his apartment, and is stunned to see a bloody and possibly dead Rebecca in the hallway. Rebecca recovers and continues her quest to discover the identity of J.T.'s blackmail victims. Gwen is home sick with the flu. Ethan calls to check in with Gwen, who tells him her mother is taking care of her.

Bo is having a romantic tryst with Hope, but before they can make love, Hope gets the anonymous e-mail photo of Bo and Billie, and goes ballistic. Steve tries to make plans with Billie, but Stephanie doesn't want him to leave Kayla. Steve and Kayla spend time reminiscing, and Steve has another romantic memory from their past. Stephanie interrupts with the anonymous e-mail photo of Bo and Billie. Patrick shows the photo to Billie, who's devastated, and immediately suspects Chelsea. Chelsea tries to cover, but admits everything. Billie calls Bo and tells him about Chelsea, and then tries to do damage control with Steve. Steve cancels their date. Bo blasts Chelsea, tossing out her computer and warning her that this has to stop. Patrick goes over to see Hope, and a vase is broken when the two argue. Hope tells Patrick to leave. Bo sees what Patrick has done and storms out on a mission. Kate tells Marlena that John made her spy on EJ, who is innocent. Marlena, figuring that Kate is sleeping with EJ, warns her that she may be making a fatal mistake. Abe and Roman try to convince John to help them nail EJ by going to Italy and bringing down the DiMera chain of command. John is reluctant, having promised Marlena he'd stop investigating EJ. Roman and Abe warn John that someone close to them could be killed, so John agrees to go to Italy, knowing he has to keep the truth from Marlena.

Celeste reads the tarot cards to Roman, Abe and Bo, and says they were instructions concerning the gloved hand crimes for EJ. Abe asks if EJ is a DiMera, and Celeste admits he is. Celeste says that the death card is missing, and when it arrives, EJ will be instructed to kill someone close to them. Bo suggests they get help from John Black. Bo interrupts an intimate moment between Willow and Shawn and warns Shawn about EJ, but Shawn kicks Bo out. Marlena tells to reach out to Shawn for Claire's sake. Belle invites Shawn to see Claire, and Willow fumes as Shawn takes off. Shawn gets to the penthouse, but Belle's gone. Mimi and Max find the news photographer who took the shot of Philip shipping out, who tells them the marine's name was Andrew Spivey. Mimi and Max call Belle and she races out to meet them. Marlena urges Shawn not to give up on Belle, but Shawn thinks they have no future. Shawn goes home to Willow, and they make love. Victor meets with a plastic surgeon from Quebec, and tells him about the damage to Philip's face when his jeep was firebombed over in Afghanistan. Victor writes a generous check to the doctor and Philip is at the top of the list for a face transplant. Victor vows to help Philip get his life back, and says they'll take Claire away from Shawn and Belle.

Fancy avoids Luis when he arrives at the wedding shower. Theresa is incensed when a fortuneteller predicts she will never be with Ethan. The psychic urges her to stay with Jared. The fortuneteller gives Theresa half of a coin and says the man she is meant to be with will be on the wharf with the other half. Theresa tells Whitney the story, and is stunned when Whitney stops her from throwing the coin away. Jared gets roped in by the fortuneteller's promise of a reading.

On Thanksgiving Day, Caroline, Grandpa Shawn, Bo and Frankie are at the pub awaiting Kayla's homecoming with Steve. Hope arrives with Stephanie, who's excited by the prospect of her parents reuniting. Chelsea, uninvited, arrives with Nick and sees Bo kissing Hope. Bo offers to throw Chelsea out but Hope lets her stay. Nick tries to get Chelsea to make a good impression on the Bradys, but she remains sullen. Max brings Mimi, who feels out of place, but Caroline surprises her with a warm welcome. Nick gives Max and Mimi a suggestion in their efforts to find Philip. Steve arrives with Kayla, grateful to be alive to share another holiday with her family. Bo thanks Nick for helping Kayla's life. Chelsea's jealous as the Bradys lavish love and attention on Nick. Nick urges Chelsea to apologize to Hope, but her attempt gets interrupted. Hope tells Steve that Billie still has feelings for him. Steve calls Billie and asks to meet her tomorrow. Frankie bids his family farewell, and the Bradys sit down to a loving family meal. Celeste is evasive when Lexie asks her why she refused to help Abe interpret the tarot cards. Lexie gets Celeste to admit that the cards indicate the return of the DiMeras. Abe promises to protect Celeste, and eventually Celeste appears willing to cooperate. Billie learns that Chelsea intends to crash the Bradys thanksgiving, and warns her not to. Billie tells Kate that Steve is only pretending to have gotten his memory back, and he still has feelings for Billie. Kate urges Billie to go for it, but she's conflicted. Chelsea returns, furious at the way she was treated at the Bradys'. Chelsea blasts Billie for blowing her chance to reconcile with Bo when she hears she's seeing Steve the next day. Chelsea e-mails the photo of Bo and Billie in bed together to Hope, Steve and Patrick.

Rae and Simone comfort Jessica, who's upset over slapping Kay. Excited about Thanksgiving, Endora conjures up turkeys and real-life Pilgrims. The Pilgrims realize Tabitha is a witch and decide to burn her at the stake.

Bo warns Shawn to quit working for EJ, but Shawn says he's not going to until Bo gets proof that EJ's crooked. EJ holds a press conference claiming his good name is being besmirched by the Salem police, and announces his plans to sue the department and Bo, Abe, and Roman for 40 million dollars. EJ gets Kate to admit that she she searched his apartment on behalf of John. EJ and his attorney say that if the cops go on TV and apologize to EJ and declare him innocent, he'll drop the law suit. Abe asks Celeste to tell him the meaning of the tarot cards found in EJ's safe deposit box, but Celeste says she can't help him. Abe and Roman go on the air and comply with EJ's demands, having no other choice. Abe tells Bo their investigation of EJ is over. EJ meets with Celeste, who says she kept her mouth shut. EJ reminds Celeste to stay in line, because she is a member of his family. Belle shows Max the newspaper photo and wonders if the Marine in the picture is Philip. Max isn't sure, and they call Mimi and Shawn for their opinions. Shawn says if it is Philip, there's no way he'll save him again. Belle blasts Shawn for being cold and insensitive. Frankie tells Caroline and Grandpa Shawn that he got a job in D.C. and will be leaving Salem in a week. Hope tells Billie that Steve only has a few scattered memories of Kayla, and that he isn't emotionally attached to her because he still has feelings for Billie. Billie wonders what will happen when Kayla learns the truth. Hope urges Billie to talk to Steve about it. At Chez Rouge, Nick gets invited to the Brady thanksgiving, so the family can show their appreciation to him for finding the drug that cured Kayla. Chelsea's unhappy that Nick was invited and she wasn't. Nick invites Chelsea to go as her guest, and she agrees.

A mysterious fortuneteller shows up at Fox and Kay's wedding shower. Theresa is skeptical when she offers to predict the future. Theresa's doubt fades when the fortuneteller reads her tarot cards and accurately describes Theresa's past. Tabitha tells her fears to Endora about the possible horrors that could take place if Charity is in town. Kay tries to tell Fox she's leaving him for Miguel, but Fox is onto her and tries to distract her. Jessica shows up drunk and starts to hassle Kay, providing Fox the distraction he needs, and a chance to stand up for Kay. Charity wanders around the party, barely missing Miguel several times.

Bo and John get the fake legal documents in order to access EJ's safe deposit box. EJ accuses Abe and the Salem P.D. of bugging his apartment, as Bo and John work to find out what he's hiding at the bank. EJ sees that his bank records are being monitored and he takes off for the bank. Bo and John find Italian tarot cards in the lock box, and slip out before EJ can find them there. Bo, John and Abe realize they need to enlist Celeste's help to interpret the hidden meaning of the cards. At Chez Rouge, a drunk Tek harasses Lexie. Abe shows up, and Tek taunts him about his marriage and Lexie. Abe fires Tek, punches him out, and sends him home. Hope offers Lexie a job caring for Kayla and Steve, which Lexie gratefully accepts. Sami and Lucas are starting to make love when Sami questions him about his feelings. Lucas admits he wants more from Sami than just sex. Sami decides to wait and see where their feelings take them before they make love. Hope and Shawn argue when she discovers that Willow is staying with Shawn. Shawn tells Willow he's his own man, and she encourages him to live his own life and do something he's always wanted. Shawn decides to blow his money on exactly what he wants.

Steve encourages a weakening Kayla by having her recite a reading from their second wedding. During this, Steve flashes back to the wedding, and his first kiss with Kayla. Kayla flat-lines, and the medical team pronounces her dead. Steve revives Kayla with a deep kiss. Bo give Kayla the medication. Doctor Myers tells Steve how important he is to Kayla's health and suggests he be there for her full time. Roman and Abe tell John that a black glove was found in the airplane, and that the gears were tampered with. Sami slaps John, accusing him of abandoning her mother. Marlena awakens in a luxurious cabin in the middle of nowhere. Marlena panics when she sees the axe-wielding stranger, who turns out to be Smokey Robinson. Smokey takes care of Marlena and gets in touch with the Salem P.D. John and Marlena are reunited and dance romantically as Smokey sings to them. Shawn goes to Victor's to pick up Claire, but Victor refuses to allow him into the room that Claire has been sleeping. Shawn tells Belle he thinks Victor's up to something. Victor goes into the mysterious room, where he speaks to the man with the bandaged face - Philip.

John and Marlena's plane loses altitude. Marlena says they need to lighten the load, and parachutes out, to John's dismay. John picks up the serum, and demands a full search for Marlena. Marlena's stranded in the snow with an injured ankle. John prepares to bring the serum back to Salem, and Marlena is faced with an axe-wielding stranger. Steve fights to keep Kayla alive by connecting to their past, and starts having real memories of their relationship. Steve asks Bo to bring Billie to him so he can explain his plan to her. Kayla has difficulty breathing, and has only hours to live. Hope asks Bo to move back in. Bo agrees, even though they both realize it could be a bumpy road for them. Chelsea tells Billie that she saw her in bed with Bo and is thrilled they're back together. Billie explains that Chelsea misread the situation. Hope tells Patrick that Bo is moving home and that she needs a break from him. Bo tells Billie that Steve wants to talk to her, but Billie's not interested, not wanting to be heartbroken again. Chelsea tells them that John and Marlena had plane trouble, and that Marlena's missing.

The embers glowed softly, and in their dim light,

Saturday February 11, 2006 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 10:30 AM and did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 90 Abdominal Crunches and around on the free motions weights and Stationary weights.

My monthly nutrition report for September 2006 was. My Albumin is 4.5 my goal is 4.0 or higher. My protein is very good. HCT CALC (HGBX3) is 34.8 my goal is 33% or higher, my red blood cell count is good. Calcium Corrected is 9.0 my goal is 8.4 to 10.2 my calcium is good. Phosphorus is 4.6 my goal is 3.0 to 5.5 my phosphorus is Great. PTH-BIO-INTACT is 592 my goal is 75 to 150 my PTH (parathyroid hormone) is high. Potassium is 6.4 my goal is 3.5 to 5.5 my potassium is Very High. KT/V UKM is 0.82 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is low. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.

John and Marlena volunteer to fly to Canada to pick up an experimental drug that could save Kayla's life. John tells Steve to do whatever he can to keep Kayla alive until they get back. Steve's alone with Kayla when the mysterious blonde man moves in. Steve recognizes him as Benjy, the deaf boy they befriended nearly twenty years ago. Benjy signs to Steve not to give up. Steve has a memory of his past with Kayla and Benjy, and wonders if his feelings for Kayla really are coming back. Stephanie encourages Steve to keep Kayla alive, so they can all have a future together. Bo tells Hope about the latest evidence they found against Patrick. Hope realizes Patrick may be a bad guy after all. John and Marlena hit a blizzard, and it looks like they might crash. Willow visits Shawn at his new apartment and can't wait to move in with him. Shawn tells her he needs Belle's approval of the place, so Claire can visit. Willow realizes Shawn has no plans to ask her to move in, and storms out. Shawn realizes Willow left her knapsack and hides it when Belle arrives. Belle finds Willow's bag after Shawn leaves. Willow returns, and has it out with Belle. Shawn arrives, and Willow tells him it's over. Belle agrees to let Claire visit Shawn, on the condition that Willow's out of the picture. Belle drops Claire off at Victor's. Victor takes Claire into a secret room, where he introduces her to a bandaged man in a wheelchair.

Marlena's in danger. It's all coming back to Steve. Hope makes a decision.

Kate is nearly caught in EJ's apartment, but Bo calls in Sami to divert EJ long enough for John to rescue Kate. Kate shows the men that she found an onyx ring in the apartment like the one Stefano used to wear. Sami tells EJ she can't continue their relationship. EJ realizes someone was in his apartment, and tells Kate. EJ thinks John is behind it, and asks Kate to keep tabs on John. Kate says she'd be happy to. Hope tells Steve she ran into Billie and that he's making the right decision sticking it out with Kayla. Steve nearly confesses the truth to Hope but stops himself. Marlena is still worried about John doing the surveillance, and thinks he's keeping something from her. John is forced to reveal the onyx ring. Marlena is chilled and urges John to let the case go. Steve sees a blonde stranger, Benjy, and is momentarily thrown by his appearance. Patrick arrives to keep tabs on John and Bo after getting a note from EJ. Hope asks him to leave, but before he goes, Bo reveals that Eve Michaels scratched his badge number on a piece of paper. Nick arrives with good news regarding the serum to save Kayla's life, but there's no way to get to it, due to a blizzard. Marlena volunteers that she and John will take his plane and pick up the serum. John has no choice but to agree. Mimi tells Patrick that Bonnie had to have taken his money. Patrick interrogates Bonnie, but she remains tight lipped.

Steve sees a familiar face. Bo's news rattles Hope. Willow tells Shawn they're through.

Fox makes Kay feel guilty when she says they shouldn't make love because he's not feeling well. Miguel tells Noah that Fox is "dying." Sheridan watches Luis taking care of Fancy on the monitor. Sheridan gets upset when she sees Luis and Fancy kiss. Paloma asks Sheridan if she married Chris solely for James' sake. Ethan begs J.T. to tell him Theresa's secret. J.T. denies knowing what she's hiding, and Theresa insists there's no secret. Gwen gets angry that Theresa is keeping quiet. Theresa reminds Gwen about the tabloid scandal, but Ethan comes to Gwen's defense. Gwen asks J.T. why he lied to protect her, and he tells her that Julian has the answer.
