Saturday July 21, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 3:00 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 30 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 6.13 Miles to burn 145 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 3.0 mph for distance of 2.45 Miles to burn 510 calories. Total calories burned for Thursday July 12, 2007 was 655 calories. Total calories burned for the week of 7/17 to 7/21 were 1973 calories.
