Tony tells Marlena and John that he's never returning to Salem. Tony understands that they need his help to end the DiMera vendetta, but he promised himself that he would never lay eyes on Stefano again, and nothing could get him to change his mind. Anna enters, and Tony's thrilled to see her again. Anna pulls a gun on Tony when he moves in for a hug, and asks him a series of questions to determine if he really is Tony. Tony stumbles over his answers, but when he pulls Anna into a passionate kiss, she is thoroughly convinced that she's found Tony. Tony decides to return to Salem, thanks to Anna. Chelsea enjoys a night at the beach with Nick, after being rejected by Jett. Chelsea agrees to spend the night with Nick, but then Jett shows up. Jett asks Chelsea to work a last-minute flight to Vegas that leaves soon, and Chelsea quickly agrees. Nick and Chelsea argue about her willingness to dump Nick and fly off with Jett. Chelsea insists that she needs the money for college, but Nick thinks she's making excuses. Chelsea storms off in a huff. Max tries to break off his partnership with Jeremy, but Jeremy gets him to back down. Max wants to tell Stephanie about Jeremy's one night stand with Ilsa, but keeps quiet so he doesn't hurt her. Jett asks Max to keep a close eye on Jeremy. Sami and Lucas spend a romantic night in their apartment, and Nick rushes over, having gotten the paternity results of Sami's twins. Nick spots the bouquet of flowers in the corridor and picks it up. Sami answers the door, as Nick sees that the flowers are beeping and realizes that it's a bomb.

Whitney refuses to let Chad see Miles, and Chad threatens to seek full custody. Whitney is unnerved when Vincent shows up, and tells her that he's in her life for good. Tabitha watches in her bowl as Spike prepares to crush Miguel under his car. Tabitha's conflicted over whether she should prevent it or not. Endora senses something's wrong, and zaps Spike right before he's able to kill Miguel. Gwen surprises everyone when she grants Ethan a divorce, allowing him to marry Theresa.

Jared warns Theresa about Gwen. Whitney tries to prepare for the future. Miguel's troubles are just beginning.
