Tina (Lar Park Lincoln) is a teenager with potent telekinetic abilities who used these powers to kill her abusive father. Years later, manipulative psychologist Dr. Crews (Terry Kiser) has convinced Tina to particpate in a form of radical therapy that will take her back to the scene of the crime, which just happens to be where the murderous Jason Voorhees (Kane Hodder) lies in a watery grave. Soon Tina's powers have roused the vengeful Jason; as he wreaks havoc on a nearby houseful of teenage party animals, the young woman attempts to stop the slaughter via telekinesis.

Returning to Camp Crystal Lake, the superhuman Jason encounters a wide variety of partying cottage dwellers and other area visitors, including a tough biker gang and a portly practical joker who enjoys fooling his buddies with elaborate fake murders and accidents. This eerie film from director John Brahm (The Lodger, Hangover Square) is a fantastical look at a family's struggle with a lycanthropic curse. The mansion that is Hammond Hall sits on an isolated cliff edge in Cornwall, and for centuries, the male heirs have fallen victim to a gruesome curse. Legend has it that a Hammond ancestor sold his soul to the Devil in exchange for everlasting life, but at the price of his offspring. When an investigation turns up a werewolf hair on the body of a victim, truth proves stranger than legend.
