Tuesday July 10, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 4:30 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 30 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 5.44 Miles to burn 120 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 3.0 mph for distance of 2.45 Miles to burn 540 calories. Total calories burned for Tuesday July 10, 2007 was 660 calories. Total calories burned for the week of 7/3 to 7/7 were 656 calories.

KT/V UKM is 1.45 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is good. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.
