Then for lunch I had Oscar Mayer Turkey Breast Sandwiches with Fat Free Kraft Mayo 16 grams of fat, Campbell’s Healthy Request Tomato Soup 1.5 grams of fat, Apple Sauce 0 grams of fat, Dole Mandarin Orange Fruit Cup 0 grams of fat, Sugar Free Strawberry Jello Gelatin 0 grams of fat, Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt 0 grams of fat, Fat Free Vanilla Jello Pudding 0 grams of fat, and Lipton Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. I am 364.4 lbs. Total a loss of 18.8 lbs. My starting dry weight was 372.1 lbs. my dry weight after Dialysis Wednesday May 23, 2007 was 362.8 lbs I have a loss of 9.3 lbs.

Thursday May 24, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 10:30 AM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 15 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 2.96 Miles to burn 75 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 2.0 mph for distance of 2.39 Miles to burn 478 calories.

Calcium Corrected is 9.8 my goal is 8.4 to 9.4 my calcium is slightly high. Phosphorus is 6.4 my goal is 3.0 to 5.5 my phosphorus is high. PTH-BIO-INTACT is 195 my goal is 150 to 300 my PTH (parathyroid hormone) is good. Potassium is 6.7 my goal is 3.5 to 5.5 my potassium is very high. KT/V UKM is 1.47 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is good. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.
