Total grams of fat for lunch were 83 grams of fat. Then for After Noon Snack I had Doritos 8 grams of fat, and Lipton Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. For Dinner I had Fried Fish with Kraft Fat Free Tartar Sauce 15 grams of fat, Minute White Rice 0 grams of fat, Great Value French Fries 8 grams of fat, and Lipton Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Dinner were 23 grams fat. For Supper I had no Supper 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Supper were 0 grams of fat. For Late Night Snack I had no Late Night Snack 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Late Night Snack were 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Sunday June 24, 2007 were 128.5 grams of fat. Saturday June 23, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 1:00 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 30 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 6.45 Miles to burn 150 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 3.0 mph for distance of 2.45 Miles to burn 511 calories. Total calories burned for Saturday June 23, 2007 was 661 calories.

KT/V UKM is 1.54 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is good. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.
