Total grams of fat for Breakfast were 8 grams of fat. Then for lunch I had No Lunch 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for lunch were 0 grams of fat. Then for After Noon Snack I had 2 Banana 0 grams of fat, and Lipton Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for After Noon Snack were 0 grams of fat. For Dinner I had Domino’s Pizza and Buffalo Wings 45 grams of fat, and Lipton Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Dinner were 459 grams fat. I am 363.8 lbs. Total loss of 19.4 lbs. My starting dry weight was 372.1 lbs. my dry weight after Dialysis Wednesday June 13, 2007 was 360.5 lbs I have a loss of 11.6 lbs.

Thursday June 14, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 12:0 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 20 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 4.98 Miles to burn 102 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 3.0 mph for distance of 2.40 Miles to burn 513 calories.

Calcium Corrected is 10.0 my goal is 8.4 to 9.4 my calcium is slightly high. Phosphorus is 7.7 my goal is 3.0 to 5.5 my phosphorus is very high. PTH-BIO-INTACT is 195 my goal is 150 to 300 my PTH (parathyroid hormone) is good. Potassium is 5.6 my goal is 3.5 to 5.5 my potassium is high. KT/V UKM is 1.54 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is good. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.
