Chelsea is shocked to find Jeremy at Bo and Hope's house, naked. Jeremy tells Chelsea he's staying there until the business gets off the ground. Jeremy surprises Chelsea with a kiss, and they two enjoy it more than they should. Chelsea accidentally leaves her phone behind when she and Jeremy head to Stephanie's for a party. Jeremy and Stephanie start making out, so Chelsea and Jett leave. Steve and Adrienne arrive back at the suite and are stunned to find a half-naked Jeremy and Stephanie. The DNA test on Willow's baby reveals Shawn wasn't the father. Shawn tells Bo he wants to pay for the funerals for Willow and the baby anyway. Nick tries to call Chelsea after he learns he won't be charged with Willow's death, but he gets her voicemail instead. Shawn and Nick go out for a beer while Shawn waits for word from Belle. Nick gets drunk, believing that Chelsea's avoiding his calls because she doesn't want to have sex with him. Shawn decides to stop waiting for Belle's call, and takes off for Chicago. Chelsea realizes she missed Nick's call, and is worried when she gets his voicemail. Chelsea tells Jett about Nick sleeping with Billie. Jett comforts Chelsea when she breaks down. Nick shows up and finds Chelsea and Jett in an embrace. Sami and EJ are almost killed by the forklift, but Lucas manages to stop it in time. Lucas and Sami free EJ, whose legs are pinned under a fallen crate. Sami tells Lucas that Stefano agreed to end the feud if Sami agreed to marry EJ and raise their baby together. Sami assures Lucas that she said no, which is why she thinks they were almost killed.

Philip and Shawn clash over Belle. Bo and Hope make a shocking discovery. Stephanie lashes out at Steve.

Noah proposes to Paloma, using his grandmother's old engagement ring. Paloma is overcome with joy, but hesitant to accept, not wanting to appear selfish while everyone around them is suffering. Whitney tells Theresa that Chad's cheating was her fault, because she's a bad lover. Whitney says she's determined to never let another man into her life. Chad tries to convince Ethan that he's not gay, as he checks out a man at the bar. Luis has nightmares about Fancy being killed at the hands of the blackmailer. Fancy and Sheridan break into Eve's office to run the blackmailer's DNA sample through her computer. The blackmailer poses as a hospital janitor, prepared to stop Sheridan and Fancy once and for all.

The blackmailer strangles Fancy. Paloma confronts Spike. Ivy asks Julian to leave town with her.
