Total grams of fat for Breakfast were 20 grams of fat. Then for lunch I had Nissin Top Ramen Oodles of Noodles Beef Flavor Noodle Soup 14 grams of fat, and Lipton Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for lunch were 14 grams of fat. Then for After Noon Snack I had no After Noon Snack 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for After Noon Snack were 0 grams of fat. For Dinner I had Cici’s Pizza 45 grams of fat, and Cici’s Unsweetened Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Dinner were 45 grams fat. For Supper I had no Supper 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Supper were 0 grams of fat. For Late Night Snack I had no Late Night Snack 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Late Night Snack were 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Tuesday June 12, 2007 were 79 grams of fat. Total grams of Fat for the week of 6/4 to 6/10 were 544 grams of fat. Right now I am aloud 45 grams of fat a day and 315 grams of fat a week until I get down to my goal weight of 310 lbs. My starting weight with Weight Watchers was 383.2 lbs. my target is 10% of 383.2 lbs. is 38 lbs. Right now after my Ninth week of Weight Watchers Monday June 11, 2007 I have gain 6.6 lbs in fluid. I am 363.8 lbs. Total loss of 19.4 lbs. My starting dry weight was 372.1 lbs. my dry weight after Dialysis Monday June 11, 2007 was 364.7 lbs I have a loss of 7.4 lbs.

Thursday June 7, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 4:00 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 20 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 3.98 Miles to burn 113 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 2.5 mph for distance of 2.32 Miles to burn 489 calories.

Calcium Corrected is 10.0 my goal is 8.4 to 9.4 my calcium is slightly high. Phosphorus is 7.7 my goal is 3.0 to 5.5 my phosphorus is very high. PTH-BIO-INTACT is 195 my goal is 150 to 300 my PTH (parathyroid hormone) is good. Potassium is 5.6 my goal is 3.5 to 5.5 my potassium is high. KT/V UKM is 1.54 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is good. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.
