DAYS OF OUR LIVES

Bo and Hope look on, horrified, as the bomb they uncovered continues to count down. Bo struggles to defuse the bomb. John and Marlena show up at Doug's Place to help. Doug and Julie get them up to speed, and John goes down into the tunnel. Bo cuts one of the wires and the countdown stops. John congratulates Bo, but the bomb "re-activates" and detonates. Marlena, Doug and Julie worry that their loved ones have been blown to smithereens, as Bo, Hope and John regain consciousness. John helps lift a heavy wooden shelf off Bo's leg. Bo's unable to hoist himself up out of the tunnel, and John climbs up for help. Bo tells Hope that he suspects the bomb wasn't meant to kill them, but was a warning to stop digging around about Colleen. Bo vows to continue their search for answers before the warnings start turning into funerals. EJ tries to contact Sami, but the cop guarding her apartment refuses to let him through. Sami finds an over-stuffed garbage bag in her bedroom, but Will gives her a text message from EJ before she can go take the bag to the incinerator. Sami meets EJ in the hallway, and he says he's going to give the Salem PD evidence against Tony. Sami can't believe EJ would be willing to betray his brother, but EJ states he'd do anything to protect Sami. Lucas overhears and says he'll l be the one to protect Sami. EJ goes back to his apartment, as Sami takes the garbage bag to the incinerator. Lucas and Sami realize that neither one of them can account for the mysterious bag, and are shocked when they realize the trash bag is ticking. Belle sings one of Claire's favorite songs as she hears Claire crying out. Claire comes out of hiding and runs to Belle. Evelyn the kidnapper takes off. Shawn and Philip return from searching for Claire, and Claire "chooses" Phillip when she runs into his arms, devastating Shawn. Philip downplays Claire's "choice." Shawn pretends it was no big deal, but he's clearly threatened by Philip and Claire's bond.

Sami gets a clue. It's over for Nick and Chelsea. Jeremy has a hidden agenda.



PASSIONS

Kay's spell goes wrong, and causes an earthquake at Tabitha's. Tabitha forces Kay to admit that she can't control her magic before reversing the spell. Noah and Paloma worry when they come home to find Jessica missing. Spike has Jessica unconscious in the back of his van, as he drives her to a remote location, planning to bury her alive. Sheridan and Fancy try and track down the doctor who knows the blackmailer's identity. The blackmailer finds the doctor first and attempts to kill him, in order to keep his identity secret forever.


On the next Passions:
The search for Jessica continues. Theresa can't get her mind off Ethan. Kay's spell has disastrous results.
