Lexie confesses to Hope, Doug and Julie that she nailed Bo with a wooden board and fears she killed him. Hope heads down into the tunnel. Hope finds Bo unconscious, but he eventually comes to. Hope tells Bo that Lexie was the one who whacked him. Bo and Hope wonder who held Lexie captive, as they hear the strains of "Ride of the Valkyries" coming from the end of the tunnel that leads to the DiMera mansion. Bo and Hope quickly suspect Stefano had something to do with this. Bo and Hope then search the tunnel for any evidence about the DiMera vendetta against the Bradys. Hope finds a photo album with a picture of Colleen, whom they discover is a Brady. Hope and Bo are stunned by Colleen's eerie resemblance to Sami. Bo finds an old key, and the music box it opens. Bo lifts the lid, and a beep goes off. Bo and Hope realize it's a bomb. Doug calls Celeste, who shows up at Doug's place, ecstatic to see Lexie alive. Celeste takes Lexie to the hospital, where she's treated for dehydration. Lexie tells Celeste of her captivity in the tunnel, saying that someone dropped food and water to her every few days, but she doesn't know who it was. Lexie also reveals that she doesn't know how she got there after the car accident in January. Celeste wants to call Abe, but Lexie says she isn't ready to see him yet. Lexie fears that Abe hates her for the events before her disappearance. Celeste convinces Lexie that Abe loves and misses her. Lexie decides to surprise Abe when he comes to the hospital later that night to have his bandages removed from his corneal transplant. Lexie wants to be the first thing Abe sees after his transplant. John and Marlena ask Caroline about Colleen. Caroline reveals that Colleen was Grandpa Shawn's older sister. Colleen died young, but Grandpa Shawn never divulged the cause, and all Caroline knows is that it's a very touchy subject. Stefano arrives and tells Marlena she can end the DiMera/Brady feud by convincing Sami to accept his terms. Marlena questions Stefano about the terms, but all Stefano will say is that Sami knows what they are. A detective arrives at the Chicago hotel to determine whether or not "Jeffrey Quarry" is really Claire Kiriakis. The police search the hotel for Claire, but come up empty. Belle thinks about how scared and lonely Claire is and starts to sing a song that used to comfort her. A child's cry is heard, and Belle is certain Claire is nearby.

Jared is livid when he finds Theresa with Ethan. Theresa covers and tells Jared that Ethan was comforting her after she found out about Chad cheating on Whitney. Jared reclaims Theresa, and Ivy tells Ethan to stay away from Theresa for his own good. The blackmailer causes all the hospital computers to crash right as the computer is about to show Fancy and Sheridan a DNA match. Sam chases the blackmailer through the hospital, but the blackmailer gives Sam the slip by escaping into an air vent. The blackmailer drops in on one of the hospital doctors. Fox undergoes another "treatment" for his fake illness. Kay wants Tabitha to teach her to use her magic, hoping to go back to Miguel if she can cure Fox. Luis calls from prison to make sure Fancy is safe. Sheridan's outraged when Luis asks her to look out for Fancy.

Kay can't control her magic. Jessica's missing. Sheridan and Fancy try to track down the blackmailer's identity.
