At Doug's Place, Bo, Hope, Doug and Julie react when they hear a voice calling up from the tunnel. Bo calls down into the shaft, demanding the person identify themselves, but gets no answer. Doug finds a rope, and Bo climbs down. Bo reaches the bottom and the terrible shriek is heard again. Hope panics and calls out to Bo, but hears only silence. Hope prepares to lower herself down the shaft, but the rope goes taut and they realize someone is climbing up. Someone dressed in black gloves and a ski mask climbs up. Hope reaches to pull off the ski mask, but the person attacks her and starts to choke the life out of her. Doug manages to pull the mystery person off Hope, and they corner the assailant. Hope rips off the mask and reveals Lexie Carver. Hope calms down a crazed and wild-eyed Lexie, reminding her that they're friends. Hope asks Lexie what happened to Bo and Lexie tells her that he's dead. Shawn, Belle and Philip are stunned when they recognize a photo of Claire, dressed up as a boy and entered into the USAdorable pageant. The woman from the pageant looks up the entry information and says the "mother's" name is Evelyn Quarry and lives in Indiana. Belle tricks the woman into returning to the hotel by telling her there was a mistake and "Jeffrey" actually won first prize. A young woman shows up, asking for the prize money, but doesn't bring "Jeffrey" with her. Belle desperately demands to know where Claire is. The woman tells Belle that she's crazy and tries to escape, but Philip and Shawn block her path. The woman insists there's been a mistake, but Shawn grabs her knapsack and finds Claire's shoe with her name written inside. Belle gets in the woman's face and demands to know where Claire is. Stephanie explodes when Steve reiterates his dislike of Jeremy. Stephanie tells Steve and Adrienne that she plans to work as a flight attendant on Jeremy's Vegas shuttle. Steve grills Stephanie about the business, and she gets fed up and storms out. Steve regrets screwing things up, and Adrienne suggests Steve invite Jeremy to dinner and welcome him into the family. Adrienne tells Steve that either Jeremy will turn out to be a decent guy, or Stephanie will realize on her own that Jeremy's a jerk and she won't be able to blame her parents. Steve gets on board with Adrienne's plan.

Ivy lashes out at Julian for promising her they'd leave Harmony together, after he'd already accepted a higher position at Crane Industries. Ivy demands to know what Julian has on Theresa to make her relinquish power. Kay longs to be with Miguel when she sees him with Maria. Kay tells Tabitha that she never should have agreed to Julian's terms, but used her powers to free Miguel. Sam puts the hospital on lockdown after Fancy's attacked by the blackmailer. Fancy slaps Sheridan after learning that Sheridan risked Fancy's life by misleading Sam as to her whereabouts.


On the next Passions:
Jared catches Ethan with Theresa. The blackmailer thwarts Fancy and Sheridan. Kay has a plan to cure Fox.
