Total grams of fat for Breakfast were 10 grams of fat. Then for lunch I had no Lunch 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for lunch were 0 grams of fat. Then for After Noon Snack I had Movie Theater Popping Corn 4 grams of fat, and Nestea Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for After Noon Snack were 4 grams of fat. For Dinner I had Grilled Chicken Salad with Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing 20 grams of fat, and Lipton Sweet Ice Tea 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Dinner were 20 grams fat. For Supper I had no Supper 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Supper were 0 grams of fat. For Late Night Snack I had no Late Night Snack 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Late Night Snack were 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Saturday June 16, 2007 were 34 grams of fat. Total grams of Fat for the week of 6/4 to 6/10 were 544 grams of fat. I am 363.8 lbs. Total loss of 19.4 lbs. My starting dry weight was 372.1 lbs. my dry weight after Dialysis Friday June 15, 2007 was 360.5 lbs I have a loss of 11.6 lbs.

Saturday June 16, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 12:0 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 20 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 4.98 Miles to burn 102 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 3.0 mph for distance of 2.40 Miles to burn 513 calories.

PTH-BIO-INTACT is 195 my goal is 150 to 300 my PTH (parathyroid hormone) is good. Potassium is 5.6 my goal is 3.5 to 5.5 my potassium is high. KT/V UKM is 1.54 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is good. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.
