Stefano is set straight by EJ after mistaking Sami for Coleen. Sami begs Stefano to accept her offer for a truce in exchange for the stem cells, saying that it will save his life and bring peace to the Brady and DiMera families. Stefano refuses to take Sami's deal, explaining that there can be no peace until the wrongs of the past have been corrected. Sami and EJ ask for an explanation, but all Stefano will say is, "ask Shawn Brady." Marlena, John and Belle arrive at the hospital to visit Sami, and discover she's not in her room. Lucas enters, having returned for his missing cell phone. Lucas theorizes that Sami took his phone, and he calls it, trying to track her down. Tony answers when Lucas calls, having previously seized the phone from Sami. Lucas and John head to the DiMera mansion, worried that Tony has harmed Sami. Lucas and John confront Tony, demanding to know what he did with Sami. The EMTs interrupt, returning Stefano on orders of Tony's attorney. Sami and EJ accompany the EMTs, and Lucas flips out. Lucas fears that Sami's continual association with EJ will get her killed. Marlena asks Belle about her living arrangements, wanting to know why she moved in with Philip after the way he treated her. Belle admits to Marlena that she always feels safe with Philip, and that's what she needs right now. Marlena thinks that Belle still has feelings for Philip, but Belle denies it. Chelsea comes clean with Bo about the hairbrush. Bo takes Chelsea to the police station, where she and Nick explain how he stole the brush from the lab in order to protect her. Nick and Chelsea admit that they were afraid the police would think Chelsea started the Brady fire when they discovered the brush was hers. Nick and Chelsea tell Bo and Roman they think Willow planted the brush the night of the fire. Roman believes them, and takes the brush to discard it in the trash bin across the street. Nick is relieved, but still concerned about having to face a coroner's inquest about Willow's death.

Lucas warns Sami about Stefano. Stefano makes Sami an offer she can't refuse. Philip and Belle get a clue about Claire.

Kay is proud of herself for vanquishing the evil witches upon her and Endora's safe return home. Tabitha warns Kay that she should restrict her magic use because she might not be able to control it. Sheridan calls Ethan to let him know she apprehended the blackmailer. Ethan, Fancy and Theresa race to the church. Eve tells Valerie how excited she is to know that she will finally meet her son. Julian and Ivy wonder if they should try reconciling. Chad tries to convince Whitney not to leave him.

Paloma and Noah try to clear Jessica. The blackmailer escapes. Tabitha's plans hit a snag.
