Belle, Shawn, Steve, and Kayla tell Hope and Bo that Claire was taken from them because of Victor. Bo and Steve confront Beverly from Child Protective Services. Beverly says Claire's being turned over to foster parents until the hearing. Steve tries to reason with her, but has another episode and completely loses it. Victor says that if Shawn and Belle agree that Philip can be Claire's primary parent, he'll let them be part of her life. Shawn refuses and kicks Victor out. Shawn and Belle are subpoenaed to appear in court. Nick tells Abby he gave Chelsea the "name" of her online admirer: Shane Patton. Abby wants Nick to admit the truth to Chelsea, but Nick is still reeling from losing his virginity to Billie and almost being caught by Chelsea. Chelsea orders Nick to get her more info on Lonely Splicer, but he tells her no and storms out. Billie tells Kate, Sami and Lucas that she and Chelsea have been thrown out of the Lockhart house. Kate asks them to stay with her, but Sami suggests they move into Lucas's old apartment. Kate loses it when a newspaper photographer arrives to take photos of Sami and Lucas. Mimi and Bonnie bail out Mimi's younger brother, Connor, who's just come to town. Bonnie reminds Connor that they have to make sure Mimi never finds out what Bonnie did.

Steve loses it. Bad news for Shawn and Belle. Nick blasts Chelsea.

Ivy fears her bad mothering has warped her children. Sam agrees, offering very little sympathy. Kay is torn between believing Fox or Miguel. Miguel insists Fox allow Dr. Russell to reveal his medical records. Fox reluctantly agrees, and Eve tells Kay that Fox is in perfect health, as far as she knows. Kay smacks Fox across the face. Fancy is upset when Luis thinks she imagined her attack after mixing wine and sedatives. Fancy thinks that Sheridan stole the button she ripped off the attacker. Luis wonders why Sheridan would that, and Fancy exclaims that Sheridan is trying to keep them apart. Luis takes Sheridan's side when she feigns innocence. Ethan accuses Jared of murdering J.T., and Whitney suggests Jared take a lie detector test. Jared reluctantly agrees.

Sam rejects Ivy. Sheridan badmouths Fancy. Jared tries to prove he's innocent.
