Today is Friday August 3, 2007 for Breakfast I had a 1 medium pouch Egg Beater on Thomas English Muffin toasted with Oscar Mayer Canadian Bacon and Kraft Fat Free American Cheese 4 grams of fat, Short Stack of Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake with Mrs. Butterworth Sugar Free Syrup and Promise Fat Free Butter 2 grams of fat, and Hawaiian Green Gusher Punch 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Breakfast were 6 grams of fat. Then for lunch I had Star Kist Chunky Light Tuna in water with Kraft Fat Free Mayo and Mt. Olive Dill Cubes 2 grams of fat, White House Apple Sauce 0 grams of fat, Dole Pineapple 0 grams of fat, Sugar Free Lemon-Lime Jello Gelatin 0 grams of fat, Dannon Light & Fit Strawberry Yogurt 0 grams of fat, Fat Free Vanilla Jello Pudding 0 grams of fat and Water 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for lunch were 2 grams of fat. Then for After Noon Snack I had Orville Redenbacher’s Smart Pop Microwave Gourmet Popping Corn 2 grams of fat, and water 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for After Noon Snack were 2 grams of fat. For Dinner I had Fat Free Ballpark Beef Franks with homemade Chili 15 grams of fat, and 7=11 Double Gulp Tropical Punch Gatorade 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Dinner were 15 grams fat. For Supper I had no Supper 0 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Supper were 0 grams of fat. For Late Night Snack I had Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookies 7 grams of fat, and Milk 8 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Late Night Snack were 15 grams of fat. Total grams of fat for Friday August 3, 2007 were 40 grams of fat. Total grams of Fat for the week of 7/23 to 7/29 were 485 grams of fat. Right now I am aloud 42.5 grams of fat a day and 315 grams of fat a week until I get down to my goal weight of 310 lbs. My starting weight with Weight Watchers was 383.2 lbs. my target is 10% of 383.2 lbs. is 38 lbs. Right now after my Sixteenth week of Weight Watchers Wednesday August 1, 2007 I have gain 11.8 lbs. in fluid. I am 364.2 lbs. Total loss of 19.0 lbs. My starting dry weight was 372.1 lbs. my dry weight after Dialysis Friday August 3, 2007 was 364.2 lbs I have a loss of 7.9 lbs

Thursday August 2, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 4:00 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 30 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 6.00 Miles to burn 150 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 3.0 mph for distance of 2.45 Miles to burn 524 calories. Total calories burned for Thursday August 2, 2007 was 674 calories. Total calories burned for the week of 7/24 to 7/28 were 0 calories.

My monthly nutrition report for JULY 2007 was. My Albumin is 4.0 my goal is 4.0 or higher. My protein is very good. HCT CALC (HGBX3) is 38.4 my goal is 33% or higher, my red blood cell count is good. Calcium Corrected is 9.4 my goal is 8.4 to 9.4 my calcium is good. Phosphorus is 7.7 my goal is 3.0 to 5.5 my phosphorus is very high. PTH-BIO-INTACT is 134 my goal is 150 to 300 my PTH (parathyroid hormone) is low. Potassium is 6.6 my goal is 3.5 to 5.5 my potassium is very high. KT/V UKM is 1.45 my goal is 1.40 or higher my KT/V adequacy of Dialysis is good. Cholesterol is 115 my goal is 100 to 200 my cholesterol is Good. Over my monthly nutrition report is good.
