EJ stops Sami from eating the hospital food, insisting it was poisoned. Lucas doesn't believe EJ and takes the food to the lab to be tested. EJ says he's going to break into the DiMera mansion and present Sami's deal to Stefano face-to-face, and Sami says she wants to go with EJ. EJ tells Sami that it's too dangerous, but Sami insists, saying it's her life at stake. Sami tells EJ to call 911, claiming to be Stefano in need of help, explaining that Tony will be forced to let the EMTs into the house and bring Stefano to the ER, where they can talk to him. Lucas returns and asks what EJ and Sami are plotting, and Sami covers and sends Lucas home. EJ distracts the guard posted outside Sami's door so she can sneak out of the room. Nick arrives at the beach to meet Willow, who shows him Chelsea's hairbrush. Willow demands cash and Nick's credit cards, or else she'll turn him in. Nick refuses to give Willow anything more and manages to get the brush away from her. Willow struggles with Nick. Willow rips the hairbrush out of Nick's hand, but spirals backwards and hits her head on a log. Nick performs CPR on Willow and calls 911, but Willow's pronounced dead when the EMTs arrive. The cops see signs of a struggle and tell Nick he's being taken in for questioning. Hope tells Bo she wants to investigate the Brady-DiMera feud, beginning with the letter Sami and Lucas found in New Orleans, which Bo recovered from Lucas' car. Bo agrees to work with Hope. Doug and Julie Williams return from abroad for a warm reunion. Doug remembers a tunnel which ran from his old club to the DiMera mansion, where they found a list of Horton and Brady names and a map of Salem. Hope shows Doug and Julie the letter, and Julie translates it from Italian. Julie says it's written by Stefano's father, Santo, on his deathbed, telling Stefano he loved and lost a woman named Coleen because of a family in Salem. Santo wants Stefano to carry out his vendetta against this family, the Bradys.

EJ and Sami come face-to-face with Stefano. Julie, Doug and Hope look for answers. Roman grills Nick about Willow’s death.

Two bad witches kidnap Endora, determined to give her a proper "evil" education. Kay and Tabitha search for Endora, but Tabitha soon realizes they could be anywhere in the universe. Noah tries to convince Jessica to turn herself in for the murders. Sam and Paloma are at the johns' mass gravesite as body after body is uncovered. Ethan and Fancy try to come up with a way to stop Luis' execution. The blackmailer holds Father Lonigan and Sheridan at gunpoint, and threatens to kill them. Father Lonigan attempts to convince the blackmailer that redemption is still possible. Theresa shows Alistair's will to Julian, reminding him that he's disinherited. Theresa tells Julian that there's no point in revealing Little Ethan is not a Crane, and urges him to strike a bargain.

The blackmailer reveals his identity. Tabitha and Kay face off against the witches. Ethan's suspicious of Theresa and Julian.
