Sami panics when she finds out during one of their Pre-Cana classes that she has to make a confession to the priest. Sami's being eating alive by her guilt over her secret that EJ could be the father of her child. Sami breaks down to Lucas that she can't go through with this. Lucas begs Sami to open up, but she can't. Lucas makes an emotional plea, blowing Sami away. Sami asks Lucas to invite Kate to the wedding, and Lucas agrees to do it for her. Lucas goes to see Kate and Sami makes a full confession to God, revealing that her baby could be EJ's. EJ overhears Sami's confession, pleased with the knowledge that he might be the baby's father. Billie pitches her new home security system to EJ, who's so impressed, he kisses her. Billie asks EJ if he has an ulterior motive. EJ assures Billie that he doesn't, and manipulates her into asking Bo to install a test run of her security system. Billie calls Bo with a business proposal for him, unaware she's playing right into EJ's hands. Shawn promises Belle he'll get Claire off the island and get medical help. Shawn plans to build a raft and get Claire to an inhabited island. Belle gets worried when a storm starts approaching. Belle agrees to help Shawn build the raft. Shawn, Belle and Claire set sail as the storm moves behind them. Nick tries to tutor Chelsea in calculus, but she's unable to get it, despite his best efforts. Nick and Claire begin to flirt, and then they kiss.

EJ gives Sami an ultimatum. Nick makes a promise to Chelsea. Bo warns Billie about EJ.

The nurse assures Julian she gave Fox the placebo, although she's not really sure. Fox is nauseated, and Kay looks on, reminding him that the treatment will allow them to have more time together. Fox, feeling sick, thinks he really did take the medicine. Miguel insists that Fox is faking his ailment, but Kay asks how Fox could fake the vomiting and the catheter. Chad's lover basks in the afterglow, and Chad gets upset and tells him that it's over. Chad leaves, and his lover checks to make sure he captured their tryst on a hidden camera. Luis is stunned when the owner of the hardware store sees through his disguise. The store owner calls the cops on Luis, who manages to escape. Luis meets up with Ethan, who urges him to turn himself in. Luis refuses, vowing to prove that he's innocent. Whitney's surprised when Theresa tells her that she plans on defying her blackmailer, and she's going to be with Ethan. Theresa has a change of heart when Pilar says how happy she is that Theresa has the power to save Luis and Miguel.
