Shawn begs Belle to let him back in the lean-to, but she's still mad at him. Belle says that girls like Willow might be easy, but she isn't. Shawn tries to explain that Willow never meant anything to him, but his feelings for Belle are real. Shawn apologizes for putting the moves on Belle, but says how close he felt, and tells her they were destined to be together. Belle tells Shawn to be patient when he thinks they should take the next step. Shawn teases Belle threatening to strip down to nothing if she doesn't let him back in. Belle lets Shawn back in, and he makes her promise to be honest if she starts having doubts about them. Belle says she hopes they end up together, and they lie down next to each other. Hope overhears Willow and Jed arguing at the YWCA. Hope tells Willow to get proper pre-natal care regardless of who the baby's father is. Willow assures her it's Shawn's, and Hope gives Willow the name of a doctor, offering to pick up the bill if she goes for a visit. Hope offers Willow some money to get a better place to stay, but Willow wants to move in with Bo and Hope. Hope says she doesn't trust Willow. Willow blasts Hope for being so cold, saying that Shawn is probably dead and this baby is all that's left of him. Hope clues Willow in on the fact that there was a secret message on Shawn's raft, and he's still alive. Hope writes Willow a check and tells her to take care of herself. Willow places a call, saying that Shawn is still alive. Kayla is horrified when Bo says that Steve is being sent to a state hospital for the criminally insane. Steve blames Kayla for this. Bo defends Kayla, and he and Steve have a heated argument. Steve breaks free from the cop's hold, and knocks Bo to the ground. Steve gets restrained, and blasts Bo and Kayla, saying he wants them out of his life for good. Kayla begs Steve not to shut her out, but Steve refuses to listen as the police take him away. Bo promises Kayla that they'll do everything they can for Steve.

Fox agrees to go forward with his treatment, but only because of Julian's bribe to the nurse. Miguel looks on from the hallway, confused as to why Fox changed his mind. Miguel bumps into Fox's nurse, who drops her payoff check. Jessica freaks out when her strange john brandishes a razor. Noah, Paloma and Simone hear Jessica screaming and come to the rescue. The john flees, casting doubt on Jessica's claims about his weird behavior. Everyone thinks Jessica's on drugs and they take her to the hospital. Sheridan tells Fancy she has done a terrible job of defending Luis. Sam sends out most of Harmony's police force to apprehend Luis. Luis interrupts Theresa and Ethan with an update on the night's events. Luis asks Theresa for help and is stunned when Ethan wants to turn him in.
