CARL RAY LOUK’S WEIGHT LOSS GOALS

With Specificity, write down what you hope to achieve the number of pounds you want to lose or the desire to maintain your weight lose within a certain range once you have lost it.: My recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake is 45 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 310 lbs. Then I move my goal weight to 290 lbs. so my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 42 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 290 lbs. Then I move my goal weight down to 270 lbs. so my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 39 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 270 lbs. Then I move my goal weight down to 250 lbs. so my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 36 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 250 lbs. Then I move my goal weight down to 230 lbs. so my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 33 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 230 lbs. Then I move my goal weight down to 210 lbs. so my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 30 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 210 lbs. Then I move my goal weight down to 190 lbs. so my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 27 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 190 lbs. Then I move my goal weight down to my Target goal weight of 170 lbs. so my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 25 Grams of Fat a day until I get down to 170 lbs. If I want to stay between 170 lbs. and 190 lbs. then my recommended Daily Grams of Fat intake will be 61 to 69 Grams of Fat a day. I will loose 2 lbs. every week until down to my goal weight which is 10% of my starting weight.

Describe what you will do the behaviors or actions you must commence, change, or stop in order to lose the weight.: I will accomplish this by utilizing the tools I learn from Fitness Guru Covert Bailey Books, Smart Eating Choosing Wisely, Living Lean, and Smart Exercise Burning Fat, Getting Fit, Dr. Phil’s The Ultimate Weight Solution: The 7 Keys to Weight Loss Freedom and Subway, and Weight Watchers, by going to the American Family Fitness Center at 10:00 AM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and doing 30 minutes on the treadmill, 90 Abdominal Crunches and around on the free motions weights and Stationary weights.

When you lose weight, you want to feel. I want feel proud of my new shape, lighter more energetic, free from obsessions over food or dieting, at peace with my body.

I will take certain steps to reach my goal weight. These steps are as follow. I will accomplish this by utilizing the tools I learn from Fitness Guru Covert Bailey Books, Smart Eating Choosing Wisely, Living Lean, and Smart Exercise Burning Fat, Getting Fit, Dr. Phil’s The Ultimate Weight Solution: The 7 Keys to Weight Loss Freedom and Subway, and Weight Watchers, and attending my Weight Watcher Meeting every Thursday at 5:30 PM in Chester, and by going to the American Family Fitness Center at 10:00 AM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and doing 30 minutes on the treadmill, 90 Abdominal Crunches and around on the free motions weights and Stationary weight, and by eating a diet that is low in fat, low in sugar, high in fiber and balanced and varied.
