Steve returns home from Toronto to see Kayla anxiously waiting. Kayla's alarmed when she sees that Steve's been injured. Steve avoids telling Kayla the real reason behind his injury. Chelsea and Nick tell Bo that they've spoken to Shawn, who's arranged to call the pay phone at the pub in an hour to talk to Bo. Everyone runs into Roman at the pub, who practically accuses Steve of transporting Shawn and Belle to Canada, and jumping out of the truck like a "wild man" to throw off a state trooper. Kayla is devastated upon hearing the news, realizing Steve had another "episode." Roman says he'll look the other way, but warns Steve and the others that he'll have to arrest them if they break the law again. Merle tells Shawn and Belle that they can stow away on a boat to Africa, but it'll cost them five thousand dollars. Belle tries to sell her wedding ring from Philip, but can't since Philip reported it as being stolen. Shawn decides to ask Bo for the money. Shawn gets hold of Bo, who agrees to give Shawn the five thousand dollars. Chelsea, hoping to get in good with Bo, volunteers to take the money to Shawn. Mimi and Max tell Roman that she found the stolen skeleton buried in her backyard. Mimi begs Roman not to interrogate Bonnie or Connor about it. Mimi gets Roman to let them do a DNA test to find out who the bones belong to. Mimi tells Max that Connor told her the bones are her dad's. Max comforts Mimi, when she fears Bonnie or Connor killed her father, and the two grow closer.

Kayla confronts Steve. Willow and Philip join forces. Hope clashes with Willow.

Tabitha gets an ominous warning from her magic bowl. Kay waits for word on Fox's surgery. Julian has Dr. Gasparro help with Fox's surgery. Miguel thinks Dr. Gasparro is part of Julian's scheme. Theresa tries to get the strength to tell Ethan that she plans on being with Jared. Whitney asks Theresa what's going on when she gets cold feet. Theresa admits that she might finally have a chance to be with her true love. Luis, Fancy, Chris and Sheridan wait for important news on Fancy's attacker. Ivy tears into Luis for not protecting Fancy.
