Bo and Billie return from his arraignment. Bo worries that Hope's lost faith in him after receiving the e-mailed picture of him in bed with Billie. Roman tells Bo he's free to go pending his trial, and Bo asks Roman to let him participate in the EJ Wells investigation. Hope asks to Patrick to drop the charges against Bo. Patrick asks Hope to go away with him in exchange for dropping the charges. Hope reluctantly agrees. Hope accompanies Patrick to the station for an explosive run-in with Bo. Lucas and Sami are on the verge of making love. EJ tells Kate he's planning to bring Sami into Mythic. Kate tries to talk him out of it, but EJ says he wants Sami to be front woman for their racing division. EJ calls Sami, interrupting her romantic interlude with Lucas and asking to see her right away. Victor calls Lucas, summoning him to the mansion after Sami leaves. At Mythic, Sami is shocked when EJ offers her a full partnership with him and Kate. Mimi accuses Bonnie of stealing money from Patrick's pants pocket. Mimi cons Bonnie into giving her money to buy plane tickets to Atlanta so she and Max can look for Philip. Mimi tells Bonnie about the shady dealings between Patrick and EJ. Bonnie heads over to EJ's office and threatens to tell the police what she knows. EJ offers Bonnie money to keep quiet, and she accepts. Abby calls Max on his attraction to Mimi and warns him to be careful in Atlanta. Bonnie meets with Lauren, the surrogate carrying Mimi and Philip's baby. Lauren says she knows the child she's carrying is worth a lot of cash, and wants her share or Bonnie won't ever see the child.

Eve confesses to Grace that she helped Ivy split up her marriage. Grace loses it and vows to make her pay. A drunken Julian gets aggressive with Eve. Kay is beside herself when Miguel insists he has no idea why she's upset. Miguel gives Kay a weak excuse for his absence during the party, and Kay slaps him and storms off, crying. Gwen urges Sheridan to tell Luis she still loves him. Luis and Fancy's romantic evening at a bed and breakfast is interrupted by a fire alarm. Ethan arrives to see Theresa as Jared is in the bathroom at the inn. Ethan tells Theresa that he's found dirt on Jared and wants to show her the proof.
