The Bradys wait for Steve and Kayla's antidote to arrive. Bo speaks to Billie, and realizes she's not at the hospital because she feels like an intruder. Bo tells Hope that Billie is isn't there because she doesn't want to intrude. Hope tells Billie that she's welcome at the hospital to keep vigil for Steve. Chelsea pays Bo a visit to give him moral support. Shawn interrupts Chelsea and Bo's attempt at bonding, asking Bo for advice about Belle and Claire. Chelsea isn't pleased to see that Shawn and Bo's relationship is on the mend. Bo announces that the drug has arrived. Belle sees Shawn with Willow, and tells him she'll only allow him to be in Claire's life if he gets a job and grows up. Shawn agrees to Belle's ultimatum. In private, Willow accuses Belle of manipulating Shawn, and warns her that she's not giving up on Shawn without a fight. Mimi refuses to take Bonnie's advice on how to get Shawn back. Mimi goes to Caroline for advice about long-term relationships. Caroline tells Mimi that she needs to tell the complete truth. Mimi isn't sure she can, but promises to try for a week.

Kayla's condition worsens. Max offers Mimi a job. Chelsea makes a deal with Patrick.

Fancy interrogates James about the man he saw on the Crane grounds. James points the person out when he walks past the window, but his back is turned and Fancy can't see Spike's face. Spike sees that Fancy is looking at him and takes off. Fancy chases after Spike. Gwen and Theresa fight over J.T. Theresa shoves J.T. down the laundry chute. Gwen heads to the basement to catch him, as Theresa follows. Sheridan tells Chris that Luis wants to arrest him for murder. Sheridan thinks that Luis is after Chris in order to break up her marriage. Paloma interrupts them, asking if they've seen Fancy since she ran off. Noah bemoans to Ethan about losing Fancy. A guilty Chad tells Whitney to stop apologizing for doubting him.
On the next Passions:
Kay can't get her mind off Miguel. Spike captures Fancy. Rebecca gets closer to learning Theresa's secret.
