Original Air Date: Thursday, August 17, 2006Abby wants to throw a picnic for Jack and Jennifer but learns her mother has plans with Frankie to go to Sami's wedding. Abby tries to persuade her mom to change her plans but Jack urges her not to. Upset, Abby tells her dad that she's going to hang out with EJ instead. Jack doesn't want Abby near EJ Wells. Jack remembers meeting him in Europe and thinks the guy doesn't have a great reputation. Chelsea calls Max and wants to blow off her shift at the hospital but Billie urges her daughter to do the right thing. Lexie arrives and Billie invites her to join them. Lexie talks about her situation with Abe and when Abe arrives he freezes her out. He warns her that he intends to proceed with the divorce as well as custody of Theo. At the hospital Chelsea faces a pile of reports when Abby calls her venting about her mom. Distracted, Chelsea does not see the mysterious gloved figure place a folder on her stack. Later, she sees the folder is marked: Claire Kiriakis. She opens it and is stunned by the contents. Mimi, Belle, Shawn, and Philip discuss a custody agreement pertaining to their babies. Shawn and Belle aren't thrilled about this, but Philip thinks it's a good idea. Talks break down and Shawn storms out, followed later by Philip. Mimi and Belle are left together and we wonder if they're ever going to come to a resolution. On the next Days of our Lives:Chelsea vows to do the right thing when she sees Belle and Claire. Shawn passes out after a drinking contest with Philip.

At the police station, Luis and Fancy accidentally see each other naked in the shower room. Although they bicker about it, each secretly enjoys what they see. Fancy insists on accompanying Luis to the Lobster Shack when a call comes in about Jessica's attack. Down at the wharf, Jared whips the carnival fundraiser into shape. Gwen and Whitney get Theresa to go to the wharf so she'll run into Jared. Worried she'll lose custody of Little Ethan to Julian, Theresa resolves to tell Ethan he's the true father. On the next Passions:Jared rejects Theresa. Endora makes trouble for Tabitha. Sheridan and Luis have an awkward encounter.
