DAYS OF OUR LIVES
Original Air Date: Wednesday, August 16, 2006EJ surprises Sami with a romantic dinner for two to celebrate on the eve of her wedding. He gives her a lovely pair of pearl earrings in oyster shells. EJ helps her eat the oysters, but Sami spills dipping sauce all over their clothes, so EJ suggests they change. Austin goes over to say goodnight to Sami and finds her and EJ half-naked. Sami promises Austin she's faithful to him and they kiss passionately. After Austin leaves, the gloved figure lurks outside Sami's apartment. John keeps trying to make inroads with Eve but she's guarded, having been warned by Kate. John does get Eve to commit to another date. Hope and Kayla catch up but their one sticking point is the subject of Bo. Hope is determined to go ahead with the divorce and Kayla wishes she'd reconsider. Later, Patrick arrives and Hope quizzes him on his police academy material. When she shows him how to cuff a suspect, they get cuffed together without a key. They're forced to go to the Salem PD where Bo is less than thrilled to see the two in such a compromising position. Steve runs into Stephanie at Dune where she's celebrating her business deal as spokesperson for EJ's company. Steve is proud of her and declares he'll be in the front row cheering his daughter. Steve hugs her and vows that from now on, he'll always be there for his little girl. Billie works on her self-esteem as a single woman. She thinks Chelsea needs to work on self-esteem as well and concentrate on her community service work. On the next Days of our Lives:Jack warns Abby about EJ. Abe snubs Lexie in public. Chelsea learns something about baby Claire.

Original Air Date: Wednesday, August 16, 2006Fancy continues her police training despite the grueling workout. Paloma realizes that Luis has feelings for Fancy. Jessica and Simone meet up at the Book Café. Jessica says she is looking for a job because Spike isn't working. Simone questions why Jessica married such a slime ball, but Jessica goes on the defensive. Dropping the subject, Simone suggests Jessica apply for a job as a waitress at the Lobster Shack. Pilar pushes Theresa to agree to tell Ethan and Julian who her son's real father is. Theresa recants at the last moment, announcing to Julian that she does not want Julian to spend any time with "their" son. Julian asks Ethan to represent him in a custody case against Theresa and Ethan agrees. On the next Passions:Luis and Fancy see each other naked. Paloma and Simone save Jessica from rape. Jared saves the carnival fundraiser.
