Thursday August 2, 2007 I went to the American Family Fitness Center at 4:00 PM and did around on the Stationary weights and free motions weights and 100 Abdominal Crunches and 30 minutes on the Life Fitness Cycle for distance of 6.00 Miles to burn 150 calories, and 60 minutes on the Life Fitness Treadmill at a speed of 3.0 mph for distance of 2.45 Miles to burn 524 calories. Total calories burned for Thursday August 2, 2007 was 674 calories. Total calories burned for the week of 8/7 to 8/11 were 0 calories.

Thursday August 16, 2007 I went to Topeka to celebrate Barbara’s birthday.
