Everyone is stunned when Philip is wheeled into the hearing room, and they get a glimpse of his new face. Victor tells the judge about Philip's face transplant, and says he's here to claim his rights as Claire's legal father. Bo, Hope and Marlena wait for news. Beverly brings in Claire and Bo takes the child over Beverly's objections. Beverly tries to have Bo arrested, but the court officer refuses. The judge orders Shawn and Belle to take parenting classes for three months, and awards Philip temporary custody for ninety days. Shawn attacks Philip. Max and Mimi accuse Kate of working with Victor and setting them up to be kidnapped, which she denies. Kate and Victor are pleased that Philip has temporary custody, and Shawn and Belle are devastated. Kate isn't pleased with Sami, Lucas, and Will's new closeness. Lucas warns Kate that he's with Sami, and she'll have to deal. Roman tells Sami she's being honored with a police citation for her good deed in rescuing Lucas. Sami asks Roman if they could hold the ceremony at the Brady Pub, wanting her family to be there to witness. Roman thinks that's a great idea, and Kate takes off, livid. Abby tells Nick to come clean with Chelsea, and he considers. Stephanie tells them that she got a job in Dayton and is leaving town. Chelsea arrives and Stephanie tells her what she really thinks of her. Chelsea lets the criticism roll off her back, and asks Abby to get Max to hire her at the garage. Chelsea vows she is going to find Dr. Shane Patton, and Nick realizes it's time to end his ruse.

Jessica bursts in on Fox and Kay's wedding night. Jessica tells Kay that she ruined their lives by allowing Grace to leave Harmony. Eve hears the commotion and goes to see what the problem is, and Jessica calls her a selfish whore. Whitney wakes up and sees that Chad's gone. Whitney, groggy, goes off in search of Chad. Chad is at a motel, having a rendezvous with his lover. Fancy calls Luis and Sheridan into her room, saying she locked the rapist in her closet. They open the closet, but the rapist isn't there. Sheridan rattles Fancy by implying that Fancy may have mixed wine with her medication. Jared and Theresa spend quiet time together, imagining the marital bliss awaiting them.

Chad fears he's busted. Sam blasts Ivy and Eve. Jessica confronts Spike.
