Bo, Hope and Philip rush a stressed-out Belle to the hospital when she starts having severe cramps. Bo interrupts Shawn and Mimi's lovemaking to tell Shawn about Belle. Shawn rushes to the hospital, and Mimi is left to baby-sit Claire. Shawn and Philip argue about Claire. Belle's condition stabilizes, and she and Shawn share poignant, tender moments. Bonnie helps Mimi plan a seductive evening for Shawn. Shawn comes home and overhears a conversation on the baby monitor between Bonnie and Mimi which indicates that Mimi knew all along that Claire was Shawn's child. Billie, Kate and Chelsea run into Steve, who doesn't hide his attraction to Billie. Kate encourages the connection, and also encourages Chelsea to do what it takes to get what she wants. Steve defends the necessity to go after what you want, and announces his plan to divorce Kayla. Chelsea spots Billie and Steve kissing passionately. Max and Stephanie heat things up in the sauna, and open up to each other on a deep level.

Paloma, Jessica and Simone swim at the Crane mansion's indoor pool. Jessica is covered from head to toe despite the warm temperature. Jessica turns down the invite to swim, saying she's tired and cold. Theresa finalizes her will, and names Julian as Little Ethan's guardian until he comes of age. Pilar says what a bad influence Julian would be, so Theresa realizes she must tell Ethan he is the father. Fox talks to Julian about Ivy's suspicions of Kay. Julian warns Fox that Ivy may be right. Fox tells Julian about Ivy's suspicions about Kay's excuse for running away from the bridal salon. Julian warns Fox that his mother has good instincts and may be right. Kay tells Miguel that she knows about him and Siren, and says she'll never leave Fox for him. Valerie thanks Chad for "last night."
