Shawn talks to Frankie about his rights as Claire's father. Bonnie urges Mimi to take Shawn and move far, far away. Mimi insists everything is fine, until Shawn tells her that he's fighting for custody of Claire. Shawn assures Mimi that she's not going to lose him, and they make love. Bo tells Hope that Claire is Shawn's son, and Hope is blown away that they have a grandchild. Hope also sympathizes with Philip, knowing how difficult this must be for him. Philip covers about the paternity news when Victor sees Claire. Philip is furious when he gets the papers and learns that Shawn's fighting for custody of Claire. Bo and Hope tell Belle about Marlena's disappearance. Chelsea is upset by how close Max and Stephanie are getting. Chelsea goes to the garage to make amends, but Max isn't there. Frankie catches Chelsea looking inside the engine after she hears a hissing noise, suspicious of her actions. Frankie wonders if Chelsea has told Max the truth that she had nothing to do with the paternity switch, and Chelsea says she hasn't had a chance. Max and Stephanie hit the Titan sauna and kiss passionately.

Whitney confides in Theresa that she thinks Chad is having an affair. Chad waits at a motel for a meeting with a mystery person. Valerie rushes to get her work done, and Jared warns her about keeping secrets. Paloma tries to calm Fancy, who's livid about the thought of being Luis' second choice. Luis is devastated when Sheridan tells him she's moving on with Chris. Luis and Sheridan have one last passionate kiss before Sheridan leaves him for good.
