Bo desperately tries to solve Eve's murder case, believing that if he can locate the stolen evidence disk and prove he didn't steal it, that he can get Hope to stop the divorce proceedings. Billie offers to speak on Bo's behalf in his absence, and begs Hope not to go through with the divorce. Billie confesses that she made Hope think that Bo had slept with Billie when he really hadn't. The judge asks if Hope wants to continue the divorce proceedings, and before she can say anything, the judge gets a message and postpones the hearing. Bo gets a breakthrough while working on the case. At the Lockhart house, Bo finds incriminating evidence in a closet safe, including the murder weapon and evidence disk. Patrick and Hope are shocked when they see Bo there with a cop, and Bo says Patrick is under arrest for Eve's murder. Jennifer is relieved when Jack shows up, explaining that that Enid, the eccentric old lady shot at a squirrel, not Jack. Jack tries to call Bo to ID Eve's killer, but the line goes dead before Jack can relay their location. Jack and Jennifer escape before Enid returns, and find a cave, just like the one they were in years ago when they first made love. Kate and EJ go to the station to help Roman search for Will. Lexie arrives, and Kate notices tension between Lexie and EJ. Lexie tells Tek that she and Abe are reconciling. Tek thinks Abe is up to something, and warns Lexie. Kate tries to get info from Roman about Eve's murder, and he says the case should be solved very soon.

Fancy tells Paloma about Luis, and she urges her not to give up. Luis dreams about Sheridan, and talks to her in his sleep. Fancy overhears this, believing Luis to be talking to her. Chad wakes from a nightmare that Whitney caught him cheating. Kay fantasizes about Miguel as she kisses Fox. Miguel stumbles into Kay's bedroom after taking a sleeping pill, and falls asleep in her bed. Kay tries to wake Miguel up before Fox catches him. Theresa calls Whitney, asking her which man she should spend her life with. Jared tells Chad that he can see himself married to Theresa.
