God's Word for you this week "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good."  I Cor. 12:4-7    Prayer for this week Lord, I rejoice that You have chosen to work through me today. May Your Holy Spirit fill me afresh that I might do what You've called me to do in Your strength, rather than my own. I thank You for my brothers and sisters in Christ who are called to do different things in different ways than me. Help us to walk together in the unity of your Spirit, all the more effective because of the different ways You have gifted us. In the midst of our service Lord, show us the ways that prayer connects with your power to advance your kingdom.   Reading for this week "Prayer is the greatest force that we can wield.  It is the greatest talent which God has granted us.
