Billie confronts EJ, telling him their contract for the security program is over because she knows he and Philip bugged Bo and Hope's house. EJ plays dumb and tells her to talk to Philip, but Billie tells EJ that Philip has left the country. EJ is stunned to hear that Philip left without telling him Shawn's location. EJ tells Kate that he and Philip had an agreement to share info on Shawn's whereabouts, but Philip broke their pact. Kate denies knowing anything, but EJ threatens to go after Billie and Sentrycell if Kate doesn't start talking. EJ gets Kate to admit Philip went to Tinda Lau, and Kate makes EJ swear he won't hurt Philip or Shawn. Kate reminds EJ he needs to be in Salem to break up Sami's wedding, and EJ says he has someone else lined up to go to Tinda Lau. Shawn, Belle and Claire slip out of their hotel room, past a drugged Philip. Shawn says they will hitch a ride to another island before going to Australia. The lights go on at the bar and Duck enters, saying that Philip asked him to take patrol. Duck takes out a revolver and tells them to go back to their room, but Shawn insists that they're leaving. Duck shoots a warning shot and Gabby enters, telling Duck to put the gun down. Duck says he has to keep his promise to Philip, but Gabby shields Shawn and tells Duck to let Shawn and Belle go. Philip enters, and Belle begs him to let them go. Philip tells Belle he'll let them go if they leave Claire. Belle refuses, telling Philip that they are hurting Claire by being on the run. Philip agrees, saying they should all go back to Salem and sign an agreement to share Claire. Shawn tells Philip he doesn't trust him, and says he's taking his family far away. Belle moves out with Claire and as Shawn turns to leave, Duck shoots him. Belle runs back and screams when she sees Shawn's blood. Adrienne arrives at the hospital in a wheelchair looking drugged. Foley leaves, and Adrienne comes to life. Adrienne speaks to Kayla and Bo, who are listening to Adrienne over a wire in their car outside. Kayla says they have to get Steve out today. Adrienne spots a zombie-looking Steve. Adrienne tells Steve she is his sister, but he shows no signs of recognition. Adrienne says she will help Steve get out, and recounts a story from their past. Steve tells Adrienne she is a liar, but reacts when Adrienne says she knows Kayla. Adrienne tries to get Steve to remember her, using her bracelet to jog his memory. Adrienne says Kayla is outside, and she'll take him to see her. Adrienne holds Steve up, but Foley returns and tells her to get away from him or she'll be confined to her room.

Paloma and Simone search for Jessica, but Spike has her cornered. Jessica tells Spike that their marriage is over, but he reminds her of the trail of dead Johns. Spike drags Jessica off, hoping to pimp her out again. Tabitha worries about Endora doing magic at school. Endora turns Tina, one of her classmates, into a cat. The teacher puts the cat outside, and then wonders where Tina is hiding. Sheridan's in a bind when the prison guard orders everyone to the showers. Luis and Miguel try to think of a way to conceal a naked Sheridan. Fox is thrilled when he eavesdrops on Kay telling Tabitha that Miguel asked her to stay married to Fox. Jared tells Eve about Theresa's sudden desire to have his child. Eve balks at the abruptness of Theresa's request, but Jared thinks it means she's over Ethan. Ethan wants Theresa to avoid making love to Jared, but Theresa is afraid of the blackmailer. Theresa rushes off, begging Ethan to let her go.
