DAYS OF OUR LIVES

Steve dreams that he's choking EJ, and is horrified when he wakes up and sees his hands wrapped around Kayla's throat. Steve tells Kayla what EJ said to him after the hypnotherapy session. Steve now knows that it's true; EJ does have control over him, and can make him hurt his loved ones. Steve wishes he was dead. Kayla wants to get Steve help, but Steve can't trust himself. Steve tells Kayla to call Bo and Roman and turn him in for domestic violence. Kayla refuses, so Steve feels he has no other choice but to leave Kayla for good. Sami fears Kate will sabotage her wedding. Lucas tells Sami that he's invited Kate over to set her straight. Kate's not pleased when she learns about Lucas's engagement. Sami gets a call from Celeste, demanding she go to Abe's house. Kate tells Lucas she thinks Sami and EJ hooked up the night John was shot, and Sami helped EJ escape in exchange for saving Lucas's life. Lucas doesn't believe Kate, and accuses Kate of slandering Sami. Lucas tells Kate that she's no longer part of his life until she can respect Sami. Celeste presents Sami with evidence that she drover EJ's getaway car on the night he shot John. Sami confesses everything to Celeste. Celeste vows to keep Sami's secret if Sami promises not to tell anyone about the photo proving EJ was in Salem the night John was attacked. Chelsea rushes to her interview with Dr. Rebert. Nick eavesdrops as Dr. Rebert flirts with Chelsea, and hires her. Chelsea spots Nick and tells him off for pretending to be 'Shane Patton.' Nick tells Chelsea that he loves her, but Chelsea acts like Nick means nothing to her and takes off. Nick tells Dr. Rebert not to take advantage of Chelsea. Dr. Rebert warns Nick to back off, or he'll lose his job.

Willow threatens Philip. Shawn and Belle plan their escape. Steve makes a deal.
PASSIONS

Chad tells his lover that they are through, and insists that just because he has sex with men, it doesn't make him gay. Simone grieves for Rae at the funeral home. Rae's spirit pays Simone a visit. Sheridan slaps Fancy hard, accusing her of being the cause of all of Luis' problems. Sheridan warns Fancy that she won't be able to give Luis the loving relationship he needs if she won't let herself be touched. Luis, Ethan and Whitney are stunned by Theresa's announcement that she and Jared are engaged again. Theresa starts crying, and Jared thinks they're tears of joy. Theresa confesses everything to Whitney. Jared calls one of his old contacts to help him find Theresa's blackmailer.
On the next Passions:
Simone contemplates suicide. Fancy's claims upset Sheridan. Theresa's horrified by her discovery.
