Bo enlists John's help to prove Patrick is a criminal. Patrick meets secretly with EJ, the mastermind behind the gloved hand. EJ gave Patrick money to pay off Hope's doctor to lie about her pregnancy test. EJ warns Patrick to stay in line if he doesn't want Bo to find out that Hope is carrying Bo's baby. John calls Patrick, and they set up a time to get together. John reminds Marlena they're not married, but Sami interrupts before he can propose. Sami confesses her misdeeds, and asks Marlena to help intercede with Roman. Marlena sympathizes, but Sami's dig at John reminds Marlena of Sami's true colors, and Marlena says Sami has to take responsibility for her actions. Sami runs into EJ, and says he's the only who still believes in her. EJ invites Sami back to his place for a romantic evening. Max admits to Shawn that he's been leading Stephanie on. Abby visits Stephanie at the hospital, and Stephanie's upset that Max hasn't been in to see her. Abby gets a present for Max to give to Stephanie. Max visits Stephanie and gives her the gift, stunned to see that it's a loving stuffed bear. Max tries to let Stephanie down easy, but she starts to hyperventilate. Max, fearing for her condition, backtracks and says he'll be here for her. Mimi needs to borrow money from Bonnie to fix her car. Bonnie's broke after bribing Mimi's surrogate, and can't tell the truth to Mimi. Mimi blurts out to Hope that Shawn's dating a hooker. Hope loses it and confronts Shawn.

John and Marlena plot against Patrick. Sami gives Roman some attitude. Shawn and Max lock horns.

Fancy has a nightmare and wakes up screaming, and Luis soothes her nerves with a kiss. A nosy maid tells Sheridan that she saw Luis and Fancy making out. Luis and Fancy are embarrassed when Sam shows them a tabloid featuring pictures from their "porn" video. Sam tells Luis and Fancy that they may lose their jobs. Julian is livid when the contents of Theresa's will are made public. Julian wants to know why Theresa would leave Ethan in charge, instead of a true Crane, and Ethan can't answer. Jared tries to convince Theresa to meet Julian halfway regarding Little Ethan's custody. Theresa says there's something she has to tell Jared before the meeting. Gwen and Rebecca are desperate to locate J.T., and to find out Theresa's secret. Kay and Fox make plans for their big day. Pilar tells Miguel to make his move before it's too late. Pilar advises Miguel find a more stable career in order to lure Kay away from Fox.
